2. Data we collect

• Quote request form: name, mobile number, email, requested service and request details.
• Eagle Eye assistant chats: the messages you type and the assistant’s replies, with a random session ID.
• Temporary technical data: a hashed value derived from your IP address, kept for one hour, to prevent abuse and repeated submissions.
• One cookie to remember your language, valid for one year.
• Contact through WhatsApp, email or social platforms is also governed by those platforms’ own policies.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to quote requests and enquiries and to provide our services.
• To send a confirmation email if you provide an email address.
• To improve the assistant and our service, with chats reviewed internally by company staff.
• To protect the website from abuse and unlawful use.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who may process data

• The AI provider (Anthropic): chat messages are sent to it to generate replies and may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.
• The hosting and email provider on which the website runs.
• Third-party services used by the site: Google Fonts, Google Maps and the YouTube player, each with its own privacy policy.

Please do not enter sensitive data (passwords, card numbers, ID numbers) in the chat or the form.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests and chats for as long as needed to serve you and follow up on your request, after which they are deleted or replaced by newer records. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Data security

Data is stored on our hosting servers with reasonable safeguards, such as blocking direct access to data folders and protecting the admin panel with a password. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@compueagle.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
